Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
The dispatch time shown at checkout refers to order preparation time (picking, packing, and labelling), not delivery time.
Delivery Options
Orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Standard Shipping: Dispatched within 4 working days

Priority Dispatch: Jump the queue – dispatched within 2 working days
(This is not a guaranteed next-day or Special Delivery service.) -
Free Standard Delivery: Available for orders over £25
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, incorrect addresses, or Royal Mail issues.
Orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive in rare cases. No action will be taken during this time.

We cannot fast-track orders manually – please choose the correct shipping option at checkout.

Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to customer error.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, you will be refunded minus the postage cost.

Multiple orders cannot be combined to qualify for free shipping. Free delivery must be selected at checkout if available.

All items on the same order are shipped in one box.

Gift boxes are not included unless purchased separately.

Items are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes.
Returns & Issues

Returned parcels (not our fault) will be refunded minus postage.

If you receive a wrong or faulty item, please contact us – we’ll need the item returned to process a refund or exchange.
